IMOGEN + HAMISH
Location: Weston Park
Imogen and Hamish pulled out all the stops for their big day at Weston Park in November 2022. With the help of Chenai from @bychenai they planned an extraordinary day, making the most of all that the historic venue had to offer. Set in the Shropshire countryside, Weston Park lends itself beautifully to a late autumn wedding, with room after room to explore you don't mind being inside for the majority!
Our main task was dressing the light filled orangery. This was our highest hanging installation challenge to date and involved a lot of climbing up and down scaffold towers and time but it was so worth it in the end! Our couple chose to have hanging clouds from the roof of the orangery to sit at the same height as the enormous chandelier. We used branches as our base for these to give that organic feel. Filled with dried limonium for the cloud effect finished with tulips and spray roses.
On the tables were amazing cut glass candle sticks from @duchessbutler and we filled the centres with meadow arrangements and bud vases. At the end of the tables were tall meadows for an impact as the guests entered the room. Imogen and Hamish had a sweetheart table for two at the head of the room. This again had an abundance of florals from the floor and over the table, looking as if they were set in a summers garden.
